What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Elicit key inputs from project sponsors and identify project interdependencies
• Clearly articulate business requirements to IT teams using user story methodologies
• Organize and maintain story maps for product lines, detailing features of products
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and gather results to ensure quality outcomes
• Provide IT leadership with regular productivity reports using Azure DevOps

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of Business Analyst experience in the banking or financial domain
• Proven experience in implementation and configuration of accounting modules
• At least 5 years of experience writing business requirements and creating process flow diagrams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret stakeholder needs into operational requirements

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a specific product or system
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Azure DevOps, MS Visio, and MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach less experienced Business Analysts
