Role: ALIP Business Analyst/Product Owner

Location: San Antonio, TX / Plano, TX (onsite)

Duration: Fulltime

Job Description:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ALIP implementations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Lead requirement workshops and manage requirement traceability.
• Support SIT/UAT cycles and business validation.
• Ensure alignment with insurance domain processes.
