Role Description
The Business Analyst role at JCB Hand Tools is a full-time, remote position focused on improving business processes and supporting data-driven decisions. On a day-to-day basis, the Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across product, operations, sales, and customer service. This role involves analyzing data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for operational efficiency and revenue growth. The Business Analyst will map and refine business processes, prepare reports and dashboards, and translate insights into clear recommendations and action plans. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in project planning, and supporting the implementation and testing of new tools, processes, and policies.
