As a successful candidate, you will:

The Business Analyst is responsible for processing new and renewal contract requests in compliance with company policies and procedures. This role reviews contractual documentation to determine whether it meets established criteria for legal review and works directly with vendors to resolve deficiencies and ensure alignment with legal and policy requirements.
The Business Analyst maintains strong system proficiency and performs accurate data entry and management within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, DocuSign, and Ntracts. Responsibilities include creating complete contract packages for execution, verifying appropriate signing authorities, and ensuring approvals align with established hierarchies for each cost center.
This role conducts contract reviews and complex data analysis to support reporting and decision-making. The Business Analyst serves as a key liaison among Business Operations, Legal, Compliance, IT Finance, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient contract execution and process alignment.
In addition, the Business Analyst supports business process management initiatives, including:
Developing and maintaining a repository of organizational and tactical objectives
Documenting business processes and producing reports
Managing and analyzing databas...
