Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate follow-up on open questions, dependencies, and requested changes.
• Translate analysis into recommendations that are understandable to both business and technical teams.
• Analyze workflows, data, and performance measures to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Create clear requirements, process maps, summaries, and supporting documentation.
• Gather and organize business requirements from stakeholders and existing documentation.
• Help stakeholders define measurable objectives and practical acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Effective stakeholder communication and careful follow-through.
• Comfort analyzing spreadsheets, reports, workflows, and operational information.
• Strong business analysis, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to gather requirements and document processes clearly.
