About the Role

We're looking for a highly capable, full-time
Project Manager
based in the US to own the end-to-end delivery of security and observability projects for our direct enterprise customers and MSP partners. In this role, you will manage a portfolio spanning SIEM implementations and 24/7 managed services engagements.

Because you will be managing global teams working 24/7 (including India time zones), this role requires a proactive leader who can set clear communication cadences, bridge gaps when offshore teams aren't proactively updating clients, and comfortably handle demanding enterprise customers. While not frequent, stepping in to coordinate high-priority escalations during weekends is a requirement of the job.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Project Delivery:
Lead the full project lifecycle for SIEM and security delivery engagements: kickoff, planning, execution, risk management, and closure.
- Global Team Management:
Coordinate and manage cross-functional, 24/7 managed services teams spanning across the globe (including onshore/offshore resources and IST time zones).

- Customer Communication & Escalation Management:
Serve as the primary delivery contact for highly demanding direct customers and MSP partners.
