Role Overview
The Business Analyst will clarify business needs, document requirements, and help teams improve processes and systems. The role connects stakeholders with delivery teams by translating business problems into understandable workflows, requirements, and measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to understand business goals, current workflows, and specific operational problems.
• Document business and functional requirements, assumptions, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
• Map current processes, identify gaps or bottlenecks, and propose practical improvements.
• Translate stakeholder requests into clear user stories, workflow documents, or other agreed deliverables.
• Coordinate with technical and nontechnical teams to resolve questions and confirm requirements.
• Support testing or user acceptance reviews by checking whether agreed requirements are met.
• Track decisions, dependencies, open issues, and changes so work remains clear and auditable.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong working knowledge of business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Ability to facilitate discussions, ask precise questions, and reconcile competing stakeholder needs.
• Familiarity with process mapping, gap analysis, and user stories or functional specifications.
• Strong written communication and an ability to present complex workflows simply.
• Reliable organization, follow-through, and remote cross-functional collaboration skills.

Work Arrangement
This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in the United States. Work requires clear communication, accurate records, and consistent follow-through.
