What You'll Do

*Reporting to the Program Manager, the Assistant Project Manager is responsible for working with an assigned Project Manager(s) to coordinate and accomplish the necessary project tasks and requirements. The role requires the individual to closely communicate with the Project Manager(s) to ensure key milestones are proactively being monitored and executed on all assigned projects.*

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

• Support project set-up following award and estimate handoff by ensuring project team structure, budget alignment, documentation, and systems are established for an effective kick-off.

• Contribute to the development and execution of the project execution plan, including critical path analysis, risk identification, resource planning, and milestone scheduling to ensure on-time milestone achievements.

• Administer project changes in accordance with established change management procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication to the Client and project team.
