Assistant Project Manager

This is a remote role that requires travel 50% to project sites.
This role does not provide Visa sponsorship.
Our Team
DEPCOM's Project Delivery Organization executes full turnkey PV and BESS plants with collection substations and generation transmission lines. We utilize preferred partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors while coordinating with interconnection utilities across the nation. What You Will Do

• Assist Project Managers with tasks to help the development and construction of utility scale solar projects
• Help manage all aspects of project execution including schedule management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, customer and community relations, etc.
• Maintain project documentation related to contract administration, schedule and budgets
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Proactively manage project scope, identify critical variables and devise contingency plans
• Assist in providing timely project reporting to internal teams and external customers
