The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, understands user needs, and can independently define workflows, architecture, and implementation strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build modern SaaS experiences while leveraging advanced AI tools to accelerate development. Accountabilities
The AI-Native Product Engineer will own product initiatives end-to-end, combining engineering expertise with strong product judgment to deliver impactful solutions. The role requires the ability to translate unclear business objectives into clear workflows, technical plans, and polished user experiences while collaborating with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders.

• Own product areas from discovery and definition through design, implementation, testing, and continuous iteration.
• Translate ambiguous goals into user workflows, product requirements, technical strategies, and execution plans.
• Identify gaps, risks, edge cases, and opportunities to improve product and technical approaches.
• Design and develop intuitive SaaS experiences, including dashboards, tables, forms, configuration flows, detail views, and user states.
