Job Description

• 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in local/on-premises environments (non-cloud).
• Expertise in developing, training, and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
• Deep experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Expertise working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Qdrant.
• Experience designing semantic search, document retrieval, and knowledge-based AI systems.
• Strong background in GPU-based computing and optimization using NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA, TensorRT, or similar technologies.
• Experience deploying and managing AI workloads using Kubernetes and containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Proven ability to optimize AI model inference, latency, throughput, and resource utilization for production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience designing scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and platforms.
