Hubble Studio is a premium creative production facility in Downtown LA — photography, video, content, and marketing for high-profile clients across culture, fashion, and entertainment. We run a fast-moving operation and we're building the AI infrastructure to match.

The Role

We're hiring an in-house AI Systems Engineer to own and expand our internal AI infrastructure. You'll be maintaining and building on an already-operational AI executive assistant (Jarvis) that runs across iMessage, email, calendar, scheduling, research, and business operations. This isn't a research role — it's hands-on, production-facing engineering.

What You're Inheriting

• Platform: OpenClaw AI gateway (self-hosted, Mac mini, Apple Silicon)

• Runtime: Node.js v22.22.2 / macOS Darwin 25.5 (arm64) / zsh

• Model layer: Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6 via OpenClaw gateway

• Active channels: iMessage (native), Email (GOG CLI v0.18.0)

• Google integrations: Gmail (3 accounts), Google Calendar (11 calendars), OAuth keyring

• Browser automation: OpenClaw Chromium plugin (Playwright-backed)

• Scheduler: Built-in cron for reminders, email monitoring, daily automated briefs

• Memory system: MEMORY.md + structured memory directory + indexed session history

• LinkedIn automation: Browser-controlled recruiting workflow

What You'll Build

• Expand agent capabilities (travel search, financial monitoring, lead gen)

• Fix existing broken workflows (browser approval flow, flight search)

• Add new integrations (OpenAI API, additional email accounts, Experian monitoring)

• Build new agents for specific business functions across Hubble Studio, Balance LA, and Trina's Kids Foundation

• Maintain and improve the memory and recall system

• Document everything you build

What We're Looking For

• Strong Python skills

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar)

• Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
