## About the Role

Vibrant is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Founding AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer to design and build innovative AI-powered products for clinicians. This remote position combines full-stack development with AI product development, with an emphasis on data modeling, APIs, user interface design, compliance, and user experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, experience working in startup environments, and the ability to contribute across the product development lifecycle.

## Key Responsibilities

\* Design and build AI-powered products for healthcare professionals and clinicians.

\* Develop and maintain scalable APIs that support AI-driven applications.

\* Create effective data models to support product functionality and data workflows.

\* Design and develop user interfaces focused on usability and user experience.

\* Contribute to full-stack application development across frontend and backend systems.

\* Build technology with healthcare compliance requirements and data considerations in mind.

\* Collaborate across product and engineering initiatives in a startup environment.

\* Help shape innovative technology solutions that transform healthcare delivery.

## Required Qualifications
