JOB DUTIES (Accountant):

• Assist with daily transactions, including AR/AP, general ledger and bank reconciliation
• Provide back up for month-end and year-end closing
• Organize financial data and maintain updated records
• Enforce accounting policies and procedures in accordance with company policy and goals
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Assist with preparing budgeting reports and forecast revenues

QUALIFICATIONS (Accountant):

• One (1) year of experience in international freight forwarding or customs clearance preferred.
• One (1) year of accounting experience preferred.
• Read write and speak English fluently. Bi-lingual in Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.
