Skills/Responsibilities
- Must be extremely knowledgeable in Quickbooks Accounting
- Ability to identify expense receipts and different methods of payment, credit card, debit card. cash, etc.
- Familiarity with financial documents, invoices, sales vs expenses, bank statements, credit card statements
- Ability to reconcile company bank accounts
- Review bank statements and invoices and input in Quickbooks
- Familiarity with general accounting principles
- Experience in data collection, data entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality
- Computer savvy and knowledge in software (Quickbooks)
- Excellent math and numerical skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving
- High school diploma or equivalent; BSc/BA in accounting/business administration is a plus
