Overview

1st Choice Home Solutions is looking for an experienced Window & Door Estimator / Sales Representative to join our team in a broker-style role. This is a high-opportunity position for a motivated individual who understands exterior renovation sales and can confidently measure, quote, and close window and door projects.

We will provide a base of incoming leads, while also offering a finder’s fee structure for self-generated business, rewarding you for bringing in your own opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site window and door measurements and assessments
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for residential clients, condo's and property management
• Present product options and recommendations to homeowners
• Follow up with leads and convert estimates into closed sales
• Manage client relationships from initial contact through to sale
• Generate your own leads and business opportunities
• Work collaboratively with internal production and operations teams

Compensation Structure

• Commission-based / broker-style compensation
• Provided company-generated leads
• **Finder’s fee paid on self-generated leads and closed deals**
• High earning potential for strong performers

Requirements

• Proven experience in **window and door estimating and sales**
• Strong understanding of exterior renovation products and installation practices
• Ability to read measurements and produce accurate quotes
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Reliable transportation for client site visits
• Existing industry network is considered a strong asset
