Our client is hiring a versatile Figma UI/UX Product Marketing Graphic Designer to own both digital product interfaces and key marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with software, hardware, and sales teams, you will turn rough concepts into polished touchscreen dashboards, sales decks, and multi-channel campaigns. This role requires advanced Figma proficiency, deep mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), and the rare ability to move fluidly between complex UX workflows and compelling brand creative.

Schedule:

Full-time Monday - Friday Australian Business Hours, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• UI/UX & Product Design

- Design user interfaces for Refilled's touchscreen interfaces, customer dashboards, and other digital products.
- Create and improve user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs in Figma.
- Design intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences with a strong focus on usability.
- Develop responsive interfaces for web applications, dashboards, and digital platforms.
- Translate product requirements, technical considerations, and user needs into practical design solutions.
- Work closely with product, software, and hardware teams throughout the design and development process.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback, testing, and technical requirements.
- Maintain consistency across digital products through strong use of design systems and visual standards.
