About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Warehouse Operations Manager
to join our team in
Atlanta
. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Leader, this role is critical to ensuring operational excellence across our 3PL network and last-mile delivery in the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Multi-Site Operations Management:
Oversee the overall warehousing operations, coordination, and management across multiple 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers in the designated region. Identify and resolve on-site operational issues promptly to ensure tangible results.
- Process Optimization & Cost Control:
Establish management standards and SOPs for the overseas warehouse operations system. Take ownership of key metrics including capacity (pickup capability), costs, lead times, operational quality, and cargo damage. Utilize data monitoring and analysis to identify opportunities, drive 3PL performance optimization, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- System Integration & Upgrades:
Drive the system docking between VEVOR and 3PL providers. Provide systematic improvement suggestions for current warehousing systems (OMS/WMS/Control Tower, etc.) and push for system optimization and upgrades.
- Vendor Management & KPI Assessment:
Communicate, coordinate, and negotiate with 3PL providers regarding daily operational results. Conduct KPI evaluations and rankings, and provide strategic recommendations for future partnerships.
