Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and eager
Business Analyst – Field Opersation
. The Business Analyst – Field Operations will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand operational needs, evaluate processes, define requirements, and support the delivery and ongoing improvement of business applications. The role works across multiple business functions and translates business needs into clear, practical solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, user experience, and business outcomes.


This is an experienced, intermediate-level position. The analyst is expected to independently lead routine and moderately complex analysis assignments, facilitate stakeholder discussions, produce high-quality requirements and process documentation, coordinate testing, and support implementation activities. The analyst will collaborate with senior team members, solution owners, and project leaders on highly complex, cross-functional, or strategic initiatives.


The position may support operational areas such as field service, commercial projects, rental management, customer service, supply chain, finance, or other business functions. Familiarity with Astea Alliance, IFS Cloud, or field service operations is beneficial but not required.
