Overview & key responsibilities

This role will define what we measure and how we track it across digital platforms like the Fly company App, and airport kiosks. Sitting at the intersection of product, business, and data, this role owns the measurement strategy for digital and international customer experiences — determining the metrics and KPIs the product team needs and partnering with data engineers to source and deliver that data. The ideal candidate cuts through ambiguity, has strong technical aptitude and data skills, and can rally both internal teams and global partners around a cohesive international strategy.
