Role Description

We are seeking a
VoIP Account Manager
for a full-time, remote role. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our wholesale and retail voice client portfolio, optimizing traffic routing, and building strategic partnerships with international carriers. This role requires a balance of relationship management, margin optimization, and proactive business development within the global voice market.

Key Responsibilities

- Account Management:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing retail and wholesale VoIP clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development:
Identify and onboard new VoIP service providers, carriers, and corporate clients to expand traffic volume.
- Rate & Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate competitive termination rates, buy/sell targets, and bilateral voice agreements.
- Routing & Optimization:
Collaborate with technical teams to monitor voice traffic patterns, manage routing tables, and ensure optimal Quality of Service (QoS), ASR, and ACD metrics.
- Market Analysis:
Analyze voice market trends and competitor pricing to identify new margin-generation opportunities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in
VoIP account management
or wholesale voice trading.
- Solid understanding of voice routing, termination metrics (ASR, ACD, PDD), and vendor management.
