- As a Data Analyst - GTM, you will use your expertise in analysis & BI to uncover valuable insights informing the marketing strategy at MaintainX
- You will make use of data across multiple platforms and partner with various teams to identify opportunities and improve results
- While the role is dedicated to Marketing, you will be a member of the larger Data & Analytics team - who are tasked with supporting MX as a whole
- Partner directly with marketing: Embed yourself with the core Marketing stakeholders as their trusted analytics partner—anticipating needs & prioritizing execution
- Accountable for marketing BI infrastructure: Build, maintain & enhance the dashboards, pipelines, and reporting systems that track marketing performance from awareness through won across all data platforms, including Tableau and Salesforce
- Deliver reliable, recurring marketing reporting: Create and manage weekly/monthly performance reports and executive dashboards that give marketing leadership consistent visibility into funnel metrics, channel performance, and pipeline health
- Ensure data quality and governance: Partner with the broader Data Engineering team to maintain clean, accurate data flows from marketing platforms (Google Analytics, ad platforms, HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce) into our analytics stack
- Enable self-service analytics: Build tools, dashboards, and documentation that empower marketing teams to answer their own questions
- Support ad hoc reporting requests: Execute various analyses and data pulls to support time-sensitive marketing decisions and campaign reporting needs
- Budget setting: Support stakeholders with goal setting & related reporting
- Information sharing: Present dashboards, results and recommendations
