Position Summary:

The Business Analyst, Client Solutions plays a critical role in leading complex initiatives that improve operational effectiveness across Medavie Operations. This role partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Finance, Sales, and Marketing) to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance client experience and operational performance.

The Business Analyst develops strong, ROI-backed business cases and supports the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at improving user experience and driving higher net promoter scores.
