Job responsibilities:

• Design and prototype intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members to improve the overall user experience.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
