What You'll Do Create user centred designs across web and mobile, from early sketches and wireframes through to polished, high fidelity interfaces. Translate requirements, user flows and design patterns into clear, consistent UI solutions that enhance customer journeys and overall experience. Collaborate with designers,developersand product teams to bring ideas to life and ensure designs are implemented accurately. Contribute to andmaintaindesign systems, ensuring consistency across components, visualstylesand interaction patterns. Support end to end journey design, helping improve key experiences such as onboarding, quote andbuy, and account management. Participatein testing and feedback loops, using insights to refine designs and continuously improve usability and interaction quality.

What You'll Bring Experience in UX or UI design, with exposure to designing for web or mobile products. Strong visual design skills, with attention to detail across layout, typography,colourand interaction design. Confidence using tools like Figma to create components,layoutsand design systems.
