We’re looking for a UX Researcher to strengthen our remote delivery teams.
### What You’ll Do
- **Lead the full research lifecycle:** Design, plan, and conduct mixed-method research (Qualitative/Quantitative, Behavioural/Attitudinal) to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and new opportunities.
- **Generate and act on insights:** Analyze new and existing research findings, synthesize qualitative data into compelling evidence, and translate complex research into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
- **Establish and advocate for research:** Define and manage the user research process (discovery, validation, prototyping) in collaboration with Product Design and Data teams.
- **Collaborate and coach:** Work closely with Product Owners and Designers to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, and coach team members on best research practices and user-centered design principles.
- **Execution support:** Handle essential research logistics, including recruiting participants, scheduling tests/interviews, and supporting designers in developing research questions and hypotheses.

### What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience conducting User Research;
- Deep expertise across the full research lifecycle, proficient in both qualitative (interviews, ethnography, persona development) and quantitative methods;
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights;
- Hands-on experience managing research logistics, including participant recruitment and scheduling interviews/tests;
