About the Role

The UX Designer will be an integral part of Team Customer, contributing their design expertise to various squads and projects. The primary focus of this role is to ensure a comprehensive and seamless customer experience across our Merchant, Gifting, and Payment products, catering to both our Merchant customers and their end-user consumers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design-thinking methodologies, employing a range of tools and techniques to conduct customer and team research, develop user experience designs, and produce final design assets. Moreover, they will ensure that all design efforts align with our strategic business objectives.
