Senior UX/UI Designer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our growing team in Poland, working at the intersection of user research, visual design, and frontend execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers to turn complex enterprise commerce challenges into simple, intuitive, and polished user experiences. You can work from our modern office in Gliwice or remotely from anywhere in Poland, with a visit to the office at least once per month to meet the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• **UX Research & Requirement Gathering:** Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to evaluate user requirements, conducting market research, contextual inquiries, competitive analysis, and user feedback synthesis.
• **End-to-End UI/UX Design:** Produce high-quality design solutions—including wireframes, user flows, storyboards, site maps, interactive prototypes, and graphical UI elements.
• **Design System & Pattern Library:** Work from and actively contribute to our existing design system and UI pattern library to ensure visual and functional consistency across the entire product.
• **Problem-Solving & Iteration:** Identify and troubleshoot complex UX friction points, iteratively refining interfaces based on user data and technical feedback.
• **Engineering Handoff & Alignment:** Partner closely with software developers to help them understand design intent, refine logical UI patterns, and execute ideas effectively during implementation.
