The mission of the UX/UI Designer, COS at Cozey

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the Cozey Operating System (COS) team, reporting to the Senior Product Manager. You’d be the first dedicated designer on this team, embedded directly with product and engineering.

COS is the internal platform that runs Cozey’s operations: inventory, fulfillment, delivery, returns, and planning. Over 100 people use it daily across fulfillment centres, logistics, customer happiness, and finance. You’ll research these problems firsthand, prototype fast, test with real users, and iterate until the workflow works.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own design end-to-end for internal operations tools: problem framing, research, prototyping, and production-ready UI, working in collaboration with product and engineering.
  • Run hands-on UX research with COS users (Warehouse staff, planners, CX agents, logistics coordinators).
  • Validate ideas before engineering commits: Wizard of Oz testing, barn door tests, paper prototypes, clickable mocks.
  • Design clear interfaces for complex workflows: data-dense dashboards, multi-step processes, exception queues, planning tools.
  • Balance discovery and delivery. Some weeks you’re exploring a new problem space; others you’re refining screens for a feature in build.

What you’ll need

  • Hands-on UX research experie...
