You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, QA, and client-facing team members in a supportive environment that values curiosity. ## What You'll Do

  • Design the look, layout, and interactive features of websites, apps, and interfaces.
  • Create and iterate on design deliverables, including sitemaps, wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Help build and maintain design systems.
  • Collaborate closely with other designers, and across disciplines.
  • Integrate user research and stakeholder feedback into design iterations.
  • Contribute to multiple projects at various stages—from discovery to deployment—adapting your responsibilities as needed.
  • Participate in team critiques, check-ins, and client presentations.
  • Assist in internal QA by identifying and reporting UI/UX issues.

## What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional design experience. This position is expected to be mid-level
  • A bachelors degree in design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in user-centered design, with examples of completed work that has progressed through all stages of discovery, design, and development
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive/mobile-first design, and accessibility best practices
  • Sophisticated sense of web typography and layout
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and balance multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Figma, especially with components, variables, and libraries
