### Job Summary
Experience:
1 - 3 years in the UI/UX industry or exposure to UI/UX projects
Mandatory experience in Figma and Webflow.
Timings:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Job Type:
Full-time hybrid model (4 days in office, one day from home)
(First 3 months would be the probation period)
We’re looking for:
- A skilled UI/UX Designer based in Bangalore (or ready to move).
- Has a good understanding of UI Design Principles, UX Research, and Design Systems.
- Problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile.
- Ability to identify user needs through research, customer journey mapping, and competitive analysis, and apply the insights to the design strategy.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Miro).
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.
- Should have a ready laptop.
- If you’re good at Graphic Design or Photography, it's a bonus.
Your role:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers..
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design user interfaces for products, websites, and e-commerce sites.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Maintain consistency in design elements, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness and auto-layout).
- Understand user/client feedback and improvise on that.
- Build websites on Webflow, with amazing interactions and animations.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends. Sourcing custom & quality design references for the client should be a piece of cake...
