## About the Role

The Technical Project Manager ensures smooth delivery from prototype to production—coordinating across engineering, product, and client stakeholders to meet commitments, surface blockers early, and eliminate ambiguity. This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and project delivery discipline: you won’t need to write production code, but you must understand it well enough to engage meaningfully with engineers.

## Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery plans for engineering workstreams, maintaining live sprint progress, blockers, dependencies, and release timelines.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives, demos) for hybrid human–AI teams.
• Translate product and client requirements into sprint-ready technical tickets with clear acceptance criteria.
• Track and communicate project health to leadership and clients, including milestones, risks, and scope changes.
• Coordinate vendor and third-party integration timelines (API access, compliance, infrastructure provisioning).
• Manage release coordination: documentation, deployment scheduling, client communication, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation of recurring coordination tasks using AI agents.
• Maintain and escalate project risk registers to leadership with sufficient lead time for mitigation.

## Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years of project/program management in software delivery or technology consulting.
• Experience managing agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and engineering tickets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, Notion, etc.).
