About the Opportunity:

The TECHNICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER role is central to supporting the 360 Finance engineering team by managing the operational interface between business units and engineering. This position ensures smooth platform configuration, production issue triage, and operational reporting to maintain service quality and support business scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and enable new lenders and contractor clients on the platform
• Maintain lender-specific trade mappings and offer configurations
• Monitor production application health and resolve issues using runbooks
• Process project status changes, loan adjustments, refunds, and cancellations
• Investigate and resolve account and authentication issues
• Escalate application bugs to engineering with detailed documentation
• Coordinate off-hours issue ticketing with the Call Center team
• Monitor lending operations against SLAs and service quality indicators
• Identify opportunities for account management and lender operations
• Support ad hoc data requests and troubleshoot discrepancies using SQL
• Coordinate data validation with analysts and product teams
• Document standard operating procedures and maintain support runbooks
• Identify systemic issues and recommend process improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in technical operations, production support, or data operations, preferably in fintech, lending, or SaaS
