Overview
World Travel Holdings is seeking an experienced
IT Business Analyst
to join our Business-to-Business (B2B) Division supporting Dream Vacations and CruiseOne. This role operates within a hybrid delivery environment, partnering closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to deliver digital applications and products that support our cruise, land, resort, and broader leisure portfolio. The Business Analyst plays a critical role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements through structured analysis, strong documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Operating across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, this role ensures solutions are scalable, technically sound, and aligned with the overall product vision defined by the Product Manager.
