2. About the Opportunity:

The Creative Project Manager will serve as a central figure within the Creative team, collaborating closely with Marketing, CRM, and other partners. This role ensures smooth production and delivery of digital advertising creative, drives process and tool enhancements, and acts as a liaison between creative, legal, and cross-functional teams. The position also involves managing projects for new product campaign launches, ensuring initiatives progress effectively from concept through delivery.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead creative kickoffs for major projects, managing briefs and aligning expectations.

• Oversee day-to-day digital ad production, including asset creation, iterations, and format variations.

• Evaluate and improve creative workflows to increase efficiency and quality.

• Research and implement new project management and automation tools.

• Maintain asset operations, including ticketing systems, version tracking, and folder organization.

• Conduct quality control, ensuring correct asset uploads and naming conventions.

• Collaborate with legal for asset reviews and approval tracking.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as delivery timelines and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Refine briefs, templates, and tool configurations to enhance processes.

• Develop playbooks and standards to document best practices and improve operations.

4. Requirements:

• 3-5 years of project management experience in marketing or creative environments.
