What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide production support for incident handling, ticket management, and reconciliation coordination
• Analyze complex business needs and document detailed requirements to recommend optimal solutions
• Lead and manage projects, coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure customer expectations are met
• Design and oversee release testing, ensuring system behavior aligns with business objectives
• Communicate and train stakeholders, preparing user documentation and providing technical support as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Proven ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience supporting cross-functional delivery from requirements to deployment
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform priorities and measure outcomes (SQL, Excel, or BI tools)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
