We are hiring a high-execution recruiter who can move quickly, source proactively, and deliver strong hires during periods of accelerated growth.
This role is recruiting-first and execution-driven. We go through seasons of intense hiring, and we need someone who thrives in that environment — managing pipelines, engaging passive talent, and closing candidates with urgency and professionalism.
When hiring demand slows, this role will shift focus toward strengthening our recruiting and onboarding infrastructure — improving job descriptions, building training materials, refining interview processes, and elevating the overall talent experience.
## What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions
- Proactively source passive candidates (advanced LinkedIn Recruiter expertise required)
- Build and manage disciplined pipelines
- Partner directly with hiring leaders to define success profiles
- Improve recruiting workflows and onboarding materials during slower cycles
## What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record filling roles in fast-paced environments
- **Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search**
- Strong ownership and bias for action
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote setting
- Experience supporting onboarding or training initiatives is a plus
