Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
- Experience working simultaneously with multiple stakeholders of varying levels, supporting strategy, operations, and implementation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or other technical related field.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with data center operations, hyperscale systems, infrastructure projects in the tech industry, or consulting.
- Experience with fiscal management including annual budgeting, Capex, and Opex planning.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience problem-solving across distributed, fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
