What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs to accelerate digital transformation and achieve business outcomes
• Drive portfolio management including demand intake, prioritization, and capacity planning
• Communicate program strategy, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align priorities and improve operational rigor
• Deliver programs with clear milestones and measurable business impacts

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 8+ years of experience in leading digital transformation, enterprise programs, or PMO functions
• Strong portfolio management experience, including prioritization models and investment analysis
• Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Background in ServiceNow AI platform capabilities and workflows
• Prior experience with the ServiceNow Platform or SPM
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
