What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead multiple medium to high complexity New Product Development projects from inception to completion
• Manage stakeholder expectations and establish effective communication plans
• Control project capital, expenses, and resources to stay within budget
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource requirements, and budget forecasts
• Implement change management processes and address project impediments

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Graduate in engineering with 12-15 years of experience or a master’s degree with 10-12 years of experience
• Minimum of 5-6 years of Project Management experience in the industrial product or hardware domain
• Proven experience in managing distributed and multicultural teams
• In-depth understanding of Toll Gate/Stage Gate process in product development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and MS Office tools

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Exposure to regulatory approval processes such as UL, CSA, CQC, and VDE
• Experience in the terminal and connector industry or related products
• Familiarity with Agile Project Management methodologies
• Certified PMP or equivalent project management certification
