**The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our finance operations across multiple entities. This execution-focused role blends bookkeeping and full-cycle accounting responsibilities, including reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and administrative tasks. You’ll work independently while collaborating with our Director of Accounting and cross-entity teams, ensuring accurate financial operations and timely reporting.

Do**

• Perform full-charge bookkeeping tasks, including accurate record-keeping and transaction entry.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable across multiple entities.
• Conduct bank, credit card, intercompany, and other account reconciliations.
• Post journal entries, including month-end accruals, deferrals, and adjustments.
• Support the accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end close activities.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and assist with collections as needed.
• Assist with audits by preparing supporting documentation and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
