About The Role
The Senior Staff Accountant will play a pivotal role in overseeing audit activities and managing the financial integrity of the company's subsidiary entities. This position requires a seasoned professional capable of leading internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining robust financial reporting practices. The role involves coordinating audit activities, managing entity financial statements, and supporting sustainability and ESG reporting initiatives. The Senior Staff Accountant will also serve as a key resource for financial analytics, budgeting, and internal controls, contributing to the company's strategic financial management and operational excellence.


Qualifications
Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, complemented by at least five years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. A strong understanding of cost accounting principles, manufacturing processes, and regulatory standards such as GAAP and IFRS is essential.
