The Role: We’re looking for an AP Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team and support the day-to-day financial

operations that keep COCOLAB running smoothly. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process while also supporting general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close. You’ll work closely with our Controller and cross-functional partners across Operations, People, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely vendor payments, and clean, audit-ready books. This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys detail-driven work, process improvement, and contributing to a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
