Job Summary
insightsoftware is seeking a Senior Manager of Equity Product Management to lead a team of Product Owners responsible for core Admin, ESPP, broker connectivity, and batch processing capabilities within the Certent Equity Management platform. This is a people and pro du ct management role focused on ensuring the team operates with clarity, alignment, and velocity: coordinating roadmap dependencies across product domains, removing execution blockers, developing team members, and serving as an escalation point for cross-functional initiatives spanning plan administration, participant transactions, broker operations, and platform-scale batch processing.
Key Responsibilities
*People Management & Team Development*
- Directly manage a team of Product Managers responsible for equity plan administration, ESPP, broker connectivity, and batch processing within the Equity product organization
- Set clear goals and performance expectations, conduct regular one-on-ones, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Identify skill development opportunities and support team members in growing their product management capabilities and equity domain expertise
