About this role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager at GLS/NXT to own and evolve the end-to-end digital experience for private consumers in the German market.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying user needs, defining product strategy, and driving the development of digital solutions that improve the parcel journey for recipients and senders across Germany. You will work at the intersection of customer experience, operations, business, design, and technology, translating market needs, operational realities, and strategic priorities into impactful product outcomes.
You will take ownership of the German digital consumer product area, including discovery, prioritization, delivery support, stakeholder alignment, and performance monitoring. This includes improving existing experiences as well as identifying and shaping new opportunities across the parcel journey.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on product execution. You are deeply user-centric, comfortable navigating complexity, and able to connect customer problems, operational constraints, and business goals into clear product direction. You know how to work cross-functionally, make thoughtful trade-offs, and deliver meaningful improvements in a dynamic environment.
