The Role

As a Sr. Global User Experience Designer, you’ll craft consumer journeys and deliver outstanding experiences across digital touchpoints. You’ll collaborate with Global & Regional E-Commerce, Digital Product, Brand Creative, and UX Research teams to elevate brand aesthetics and usability. Your expertise will bridge the gap between brand creative and online commerce, designing journeys that extend beyond the screen and into real life.

Your Impact

• Map and visualize user journeys across all phases and channels (Discovery, Exploration, Consideration, Purchase, Post Purchase & Loyalty Engagement)
• Translate consumer journey maps into full fidelity wireframes for front end development
• Facilitate alignment between global UX strategy and regional execution priorities
• Collaborate with developers, design teams, photographers, and copywriters from concept to completion on digital products
