\*Experience: 5 - 7 Years\*

\*Shift : 1 PM IST to 10 PM IST\*

This position is for a technical, hands-on Salesforce & Agentforce Developer, not just an administrator.

5+ years of solid experience developing lightning applications on the Salesforce platform, preferably on Service Cloud.

Hands-on experience implementing Agentforce solutions.

Experienced in utilizing tools like Prompt Builder and Agentforce Studio to create, configure, and customize AI agents.

Experienced in setting up and testing AI workflows, allowing agents to execute tasks and make decisions autonomously.

Experienced in connecting agents to Data Cloud.

Experienced in using AI tools for developers such as Agentforce Vibe or CoPilot.

Hands-on experience developing Aura and Lightning Web Components.

2+ years of hands-on experience in the design & development of customer portals using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.

Expert knowledge of CSS, responsive UI, UI/X, HTML, and experience delivering web portals with various branding and theming using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.

Hands-on experience in administration, configuration, and customization on Sales or Service Cloud.

Hands-on experience working with Force.com platform (Apex, SOQL, Unit Testing, Data Loader, Metadata APIs, Web Services, etc.).

Experienced in integrating external systems with Salesforce (sending/consuming data to/from external systems) using APIs.

Experienced in building flows, live agent chat, omnichannel, etc.

Experienced with Salesforce deployments and DevOps.

Experience using Gearset or Copado will be a huge plus.

One or more certifications related to Salesforce development, such as Platform Developer.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
