In this role, you will partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver CRM solutions that align people, processes, and technology. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to implementation, change management, and operational readiness. By managing risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and performance indicators, you will help ensure successful delivery across multiple business units. You will also champion stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, and standardized project management practices within a complex, global business environment. ### Accountabilities

• Lead Salesforce implementation projects: Manage large-scale Salesforce and CRM software implementations from initiation through completion, defining project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, procurement requirements, and delivery plans.
• Drive project execution and delivery: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet established expectations for quality, accuracy, completeness, and business value. Maintain clear milestones and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage organizational change: Lead change management activities across multiple business units, engaging stakeholders at different organizational levels and helping teams adapt to new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
