As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a
Sr. Software Engineer
who’s passionate about building high-quality software that makes a real impact. You’ll help deliver distributed, scalable systems that power meaningful connections between carriers and their customers. The ideal candidate brings experience developing in cloud environments and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to creating solutions — thoughtfully applying new technologies, including AI-assisted development tools, to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and deliver scalable, reliable software across the stack — developing distributed systems and data-driven features that support carrier and customer experiences with strong performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with product and design to translate customer needs into technical solutions that drive measurable value.
- Apply modern AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code, continuously improving architecture and development practices through code reviews and refactoring.
