Accountabilities

• Understand and represent features and functions of Cloud, DevOps, and Security products.
• Champion the needs of project team customers while aligning with infrastructure strategies.
• Assist in matching technological solutions to client needs and track project tickets.
• Communicate maintenance and upgrade events to all project areas.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for users.
• Prioritize security initiatives with infrastructure and product teams.
• Drive platform adoption and awareness for under/overutilized areas.
• Attend meetings to maintain alignment with infrastructure ecosystems.
• Track technical aspects of projects to facilitate timely communication to infrastructure teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to address infrastructure needs.
• Actively engage in risk management activities and identify integration points.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning as a customer advocate.
• Monitor KPIs to verify service-level agreements.
• Build trust and transparency with clients and customers.
